If the application is not complete in its entirety it will not be accepted. 
We respond to all our applications, if you do not receive an email back from us please check your spam or junk folder, sometimes our emails are not always received in the inbox folder.  
1.  Please be advised by completing this application, you will be subject to a background check. 
2.  You must be 25 or older in order to complete the application
3.  If you rent, you must provide leasing agreement and provide landlord or leasing agent name and number.  If the rescue makes 2 attempts to reach the landlord or leasing agent with no reply we will not continue processing the application.
4.  A copy of lease must accompany you if selected to adopt a dog.
5. Please be advised that we have the right to decline any application that does not meet our specifications. 
6.  Driver license must be provided at the time of adoption.
7. All meet and greets occur on Saturdays.  We are sorry no exceptions.
